HeatnBond Soft StretchTM Lite is a lightweight, iron-on, sewable, permanent adhesive fabric designed to move with your stretchy fabric while maintaining a strong bond! There is no added thickness and remains flexible after adhesion. Great for appliqués, knits, stretch denim, spandex, jersey fabrics, fleece and flannel. Machine wash on gentle cycle and tumble dry low or no heat. Can be dry cleaned. Avoid repetitive or excessive ironing on areas after adhesion
