Purchase with an account

When you buy a digital pattern it is important to create an account or to be connected to it to be able to access it more easily. Once the purchase is made, simply go to your account.

Thereafter, click on "My downloadable files", all your digital patterns purchased after February 24, 2021 will be there. For patterns purchased before this date please contact us at info@casadelacouture.com or 418-723-5372.

Quick purchase (no account creation)

Did you purchase a digital pattern but didn't create an account? Don't panic, I'll explain how to recover it and create an account for you (yes, it's essential to be able to access it at all times).

• Retrieve by email

After finalizing your purchase, an email has been sent to you. Simply click on the link and you will be directed to our website. You can download your patterns. However, as you have not created an account, you will not be able to return to this page indefinitely. That's why I advise you to follow the next step.

• Create an account

You will see a little guy in the top right of your screen. Click on it and simply follow the steps.

An email will be sent to you, check your spam folder if you can't find it.

It is important to register the same email as when you made your purchase otherwise you will not be able to recover your patterns. Then you can follow the steps that are described at the very top of the page.

2. Problems printing patterns

First of all, it is important to read the printing instructions in the pattern instructions. You must open your files with Adobe acrobat reader DC, you will avoid many problems and you will be able to select only the size(s) you need. It is also advisable to do this from a computer.

• My pages come out all black

When you download the pattern, it may open directly on your computer. Save the file, close the page then open it again with Adobe Acrobat reader from the saved file. The file should now print correctly.

• I am being asked for a password

All of our digital files are protected to prevent plagiarism or modification of the file. If you were asked for a password, you tried to open it with software that allows you to modify patterns such as Adobe Illustrator. Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for printing.
