Presentation of the Privilege Program

The point program is our way of saying a very sincere thank you to our valued customers.

• From $25 of purchase before taxes and delivery, the program allows to accumulate in a computerized way a discount of 2.5% on purchases made in store in Rimouski, but also through purchases on the online store.
• One 625 Accro CaSa" point is equivalent to one Canadian dollar ($1).
• For online purchases, you must be logged into your customer account to earn points.
• For in-store purchases, you must have your transaction recorded in your customer account during your purchase to earn points. Ex: Give your email address when purchasing to register your transaction.
• You can consult your bank of "Accro CaSa points" via your online account (see "how to use my points" at the bottom of the page).
• For online transactions, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the points accumulated and your total of "Accro CaSa points".
• "Accro CaSa points" can be applied from ten thousand points on the next purchase in store.
• You can also decide to accumulate them and apply them to subsequent purchases.
• "Accro CaSa points" are not transferable to a third party. These points belong to the account holder and can only be used by the person holding the customer account.
• The "Accro CaSa points" have no expiry date, they remain in the system in the account you initially created.
• However, in the event that you would like to buy online AND you already have an account in a store, you will need to ensure that your accounts are properly linked to each other using one and the same email address to our system. In the event that you have not left an email address in your customer file in the BOUTIQUE, you will automatically have two banks of points. It is therefore important to contact our customer service by phone at 418 723-5372 or by email at info@casadelacouture.com and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments to your customer account.
• The "Accro CaSa points" accumulated during a purchase will be available from the moment your order is processed (shipped) by our team.
• You cannot use your Accro CaSa points when a discount code is already applied since Accro CaSa points works by discount code. Our system only accepts one code at a time.
• La CaSa de la couture reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the "Point Accro CaSa" program at any time, without notice.

How do I use my "Accro CaSa" points?

You can use your points when you reach 10000 points. To see how many points you have accumulated, you must be logged into your account on our website. Thereafter, at the bottom left of your screen, you will find an icon "My Accro CaSa points" on which you must click. A small window should appear.

On this window, you can see the number of points you have accumulated (at the bottom) and the discounts you have available. To use them, you must click on the orange rectangle "USE". Here I can get a $10 discount.

You must now click "COPY" to get the promo code. If in the end you don't use your points, you can copy it again.

When you have completed your shopping cart and are now at the "INFORMATION" step, you will see a space on the left where you can enter a promo code. Copy your code in this space (CTRL+V or CMD+V) and don't forget to click on "APPLY".

You can now complete your purchases.
