Recommended fabrics
You must use fabric that has a minimum of 40-50% stretch, such as cotton jersey, viscose jersey or bamboo.
You're going to need spiked elastic around the thighs. For the size you can use spiked elastic, bendable elastic or even boxer elastic.
Level:Intermediate
Available in A4, Letter, A0 and Projector sizes.
